So now that you've stumbled across my website, you may be wondering who I am -- and why I might be qualified to offer any kind of advice on this subject.

For nearly a decade, I have been involved in the residential and commercial financing industry. I began as the employee of a mortgage company a friend of mine operated and grew that experience into owning my own mortgage company. I have handled all types of real estate financing transactions from buying or refinancing an existing home, construction loans, commercial loans, along with various personal and business financing needs. Throughout this period of my life, I have had the opportunity to learn about the many challenges that many borrowers have to endure.

I began compiling all this research into a series of files for my own reference purposes. After seeing the heartbreak that many borrowers experienced when attempting to realize the dream of owning a home, I decided that the need for creating a book on the subject of creative financing was too great to ignore.
